2026 Bond & Charter Election

The City of Fort Worth is on a four-year cycle for bond programs. Over the last year, City staff has developed an $845 million bond program for voter approval. There are nine proposed amendments to the City charter that will be on the MAY 2, 2026 BALLOT. Voters may vote for or against each of the propositions individually. You can review these propositions and get more details here.

The presentation will cover the 2026 Bond and Charter Election and will include QR codes to the Bond Book, Bond Website, and Charter Election Website. April Escamilla of the Fort Worth Labs will deliver the 2026 Bond portion of the presentation and a representative from the City Attorney’s Office will deliver the Charter Amendment portion.
